Miles de Santos de los Últimos Días se congregaron en la Manzana del Templo y en las oficinas centrales de la Iglesia y sus alrededores en una soleada tarde de otoño el sábado, 5 de octubre, para la segunda de las cinco sesiones de la Conferencia General Semestral N° 194 de la Iglesia.

El élder D. Todd Christofferson, del Cuórum de los Doce Apóstoles, abrió la sesión compartiendo la historia de los lamanitas conversos de los hijos de Mosíah que enterraron sus armas de rebelión.

El élder Soares animó a los Santos de los Últimos Días a alinear su voluntad con la del Señor. “Hacer nuestra la voluntad del Señor de manera irrevocable e incuestionable requiere un discipulado majestuoso y heroico”.
